Rebounders Gymnastics

Girls Gymnastics Classes

Ages 5 to 17 years

Recreational Girls Gymnastics Description

Rebounders’ Recreational Girls Gymnastics program provides a structured, progressive, and fun environment where gymnasts can build skills at their own pace. Classes follow a progression-based curriculum, guiding students through age- and skill-appropriate drills and exercises as they advance from beginner to more advanced levels.

Gymnasts will develop skills across the Olympic events—Floor Exercise, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Vault—as well as Trampoline. Training incorporates foam pits, spring floors, and specialized equipment to help gymnasts build strength, coordination, confidence, and skills safely and effectively.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help every gymnast become a strong, confident, and well-rounded individual through gymnastics. We encourage athletes to work hard, overcome challenges, celebrate their progress, and develop skills that extend beyond the gym.

Frequently Asked Questions

The activity fee is an annual charge applied to all students in our recreational programs, private lessons, and sensory motor lessons. The fee is $25 for the first student and $15 for each additional student, with a maximum of $100 per family. It is charged at checkout upon registration and will renew annually in January.
The funds collected from this fee help maintain and improve our facility, ensuring our equipment stays in top condition and the gym remains a safe, fun environment for all students.

The program is designed for children aged 18 months to 3 years, fostering physical, cognitive, and social development through fun and engaging gymnastics activities.

The goal is to build gross and fine motor skills, cognitive concepts, language, and social skills, leading to greater independence and confidence. Children progress through increasingly challenging tasks to prepare for independent participation in the Preschool Gymnastics Program by age 4.

No, our facility is strictly nut-free to ensure the safety of all children. We ask that all snacks and lunches brought into the center do not contain nuts or any products processed in facilities that handle nuts. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

Classes begin with a warm-up featuring energetic music and stretches, then rotations through the different gymnastics events, such as floor, vault, beam, and bars. The parent-child and preschool classes complete activities using preschool-sized gymnastics equipment to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness, and listening skills. Parents participate by learning safe spotting techniques and supporting their toddlers until preschool level, which is independent.
