Makeup Policy and Instructions

Holiday

Make up or Credits are not issued for Holiday closings!

Monthly tuition is based on an average of 4 weekly classes/lessons per month. Even though, some months may have certain days where there are actually 5 lessons per month, we do not charge extra to accommodate for months that only have 3 classes/lessons per month due to a holiday or holiday weekend. Hence, over time, classes average 4 per month.

Weather

Makeups may be scheduled for missed classes due to weather closures!

Rebounders may close due to winter inclement weather or summer heat. We DO NOT follow Baltimore County or City School Closings. Please check our website, call the gym and/or check your email during inclement winter weather conditions or days of extreme heat before coming to class. If we are open, we ask that you use your own discretion when deciding to travel. See instructions below..

Missed Attendance

Makeups may be scheduled for missed classes by students!

Rebounders offers 1 make up class per month if students miss classes for general reasons.

Please contact the front desk for any unusual circumstances to request multiple makeup options.

COVID

Makeups may be scheduled for any missed classes due to COVID Precaution Closures!

Rebounders WILL NOT issue credits for temporary class quarantine and/or if the gym closes temporarily due to state or county restrictions/orders or for safety reasons to protect students and staff. We truly appreciate your support and hope you understand that expenses continue during closures.

Please Note:

There are no makeups for missed scheduled makeup classes!
Makeups must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class
Makeup classes must be taken before the end of the child’s enrollment. We cannot extend their enrollment for a makeup.
Please try to limit the number of makeup classes to one per month!!!
Please sign up for one makeup class at a time.
Contact the front desk if the current scheduled class day isn’t working, and assist you in finding a different class day/time.
All Makeup classes that are scheduled in another class that has an opening must be scheduled/taken within 10 days of enrollment.

Make-Up Enrollment Options & Instructions

For all Group Classes & Lessons
Please Note:
All Makeup classes must be scheduled/taken within 10 days of enrollment into a makeup class (option 1).
Private Lesson make ups may have to be scheduled individually!
Intermediate & Advanced make ups option 1 (in classes) must be requested!

Make Up Option 1

Enroll in a class with available openings.
Available for all Parent-Child, Preschool, Beginner Group Classes & Ninja Classes!
For Intermediate & Advanced classes, see below!

Go to the class webpage correlating with your child’s age and class lever and find a class that has openings. See Quick webpage links below.
Click on the Register Link which will take you to the class registration form.
At the top of the Registration form, click on “Already A Customer….” to log into your customer portal.
Check your Child’s Name and complete the form.
In the Note section, write the word “Makeup & the date you want to attend the makeup class (must be within 10 days of enrollment).
Go to the top of the form and click on “Enroll”.

Make Up Option 2

Enroll in a Makeup Class using the Event Calendar
Available for Preschool, all Group Class Levels & Ninja Classes!

Go to the Event Calendar to find a makeup class listing that correlates with your child’s age and level. See the list of current time slots below.
Choose a date and click on the Makeup class link. If your child is in a tumbling class, please choose the Tumbling Clinic.
At the top of the Registration form, click on “Already A Customer….” to log into your customer portal.
Check your Child’s Name and complete the form.
If your child is in a tumbling class, please write the word “Makeup & the date your child missed in the note section, so there will be no charge.
Go to the top of the form and click on “Enroll”.
