MEMBERSHIP & TUITION Policies for Monthly Programs

GENERAL

• There will be no charge until enrollment and program start date has been confirmed.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee tuition payment. All program tuition will be charged to the provided credit card on file. Customers are responsible to provide updated credit card information as needed.

MEMBERSHIP DURATION

• Once registered and a membership agreement has been completed students are members until a termination or membership break request form has been submitted (see Temporary Membership Break and Membership Termination Policies).
• All Recreational, Preschool & Parent-Child Program classes, One-on-One & Small Group Lesson as well as the Kangaroo Learning Center have a minimum Membership requirement of 3 full consecutive months. During the summer, a shorter-term membership may be requested.

TUITION DUES

• The 1st month tuition is due at time of registration and may be prorated for the remaining weeks left in the month if the start date falls past the first week of the month.
• Monthly tuition will be charged to a provided credit card on the FIRST of each month. Check or cash payments may be made in advance before the 1st of the next month to avoid charge to the provided credit card.
• Monthly tuition are based on a year-round program with an average of 4 classes per month. There is no additional tuition if there are 5 classes in a month. Monthly tuition will not be reduced due to holidays or gym closings at the end of the summer and the end of December. Makeup or credits are not issued for holiday closings.
• If monthly TUITION PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, STUDENTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM PROGRAM/CLASS BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH.

CREDITS & REFUNDS

• Rebounders will not follow Baltimore County School closings.
• THERE WILL BE NO CREDIT OR REFUND ISSUED FOR HOLIDAYS, WEATHER CLOSINGS, OR ANY OTHER CLOSINGS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Make Up options will be made available in the event of unscheduled closures due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances (see makeup policies).
• There are no credits or refunds for missed attendance.
• There are no credits or refunds for early Terminations. Termination/Break request cannot be backdated to receive a credit or refund for missed classes.
• Tuition payment hold may be requested due to illness or injury with a doctor note. A class spot hold may be granted for up to 30 days. Illness/Injury request cannot be backdated to receive a credit or refund for missed classes.

Discounts 

• We offer a 10% sibling discount which will be applied to the lesser tuition amount OR We offer a 10% discount for any additional class or lesson per week enrolled
• We offer a 10% military discount to families that the parent and/or guardian is an active or veteran of any military branch. A ID or Document of proof will be required to receive this discount 

MAKEUP POLICIES for monthly programs:

• Monthly tuition is based on an average of 4 weekly classes/lessons per month. Even though, some months may have certain days where there are actually 5 lessons per month, we do not charge extra to accommodate for months that only have 3 classes/lessons per month due to a holiday or holiday weekend. Hence, over time, classes average 4 per month. 

• Rebounders may close due to winter inclement weather or summer heat. We DO NOT follow Baltimore County or City School Closings. Please check our website, call the gym, or check your email during inclement winter weather conditions or days of extreme heat before coming to the gym. If we are open, we ask that you use your own discretion when deciding to travel. 

• Rebounders offers 1 make up class per month if students miss classes for general reasons to be scheduled within a month following the missed class. 
• Please log into your parent portal to register for a makeup class
  Advanced registration is REQUIRED for ALL Make Ups. 
  Make Up options will be made available in the event of unscheduled closures due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstance.
  Rebounders does not follow Baltimore County School closings. 
  CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend the makeup class you registered your child for, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. 
  NO SHOW: Please note that we will not be able to continue to offer make up classes for your child after 2 no shows for a registered make up. 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FOR MONTHLY PROGRAMS:

• After membership termination, monthly tuition will not be charged. Students are no longer considered members and therefore are not entitled to membership discounts.  Taking a break is no guarantee of getting back into your scheduled class.  
  Members on Temporary Membership Break who wish to return, please call the front desk, and we will help you find a class to enroll in.
